As part of the SBT Group's digital transformation ecosystem, E-Learning is a form of education, learning, and training based on the connection of the internet and electronic transmission devices.

Fully integrated with the Talent Management system, E-Learning also helps SBT save a large amount of costs incurred during the training process (such as food, accommodation, transportation, materials, facilities, etc.). In addition, the E-Learning solution allows SBT to train many times on the same system without incurring additional costs. Overall, E-Learning helps SBT reduce training costs, save time, develop the learning culture of the organization, and increase the effectiveness of developing capabilities for employees.

MSM's role in the project

MSM played a critical role in the E-Learning project as the project management and consulting unit for the SBT Group's strategic project. MSM was chosen as a trusted partner to accompany SBT from the early days of seeking, consulting, and implementing the solution for the project. With its wealth of experience, MSM conducted real-world research on processes, operations, needs, and inherent issues across the SBT system to provide suitable consulting solutions.

Together with VNResource, the software development partner who provided tools and platform systems, MSM's team coordinated to deploy and provide IT infrastructure, BI reporting, EO integration, and data conversion for SBT, ensuring the E-Learning solution is implemented efficiently, accurately, and effectively. This project was applied to the SBT system in five countries, including Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Singapore, and Australia, with over 3,000 direct users.
